Brittany Fisher is a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach at LIV Wellness, specializing in fitness training. In May 2016, she graduated with her B.A. in Exercise Science from Willamette University. She has first hand experience with what it takes to make healthy lifestyle changes and how to make those changes last. When she was 15 years old, Brittany weighed over 200 pounds. When she realized she needed to make healthy changes if she wanted to live her life to the fullest, she began reading everything she could about exercise and nutrition. Throughout the next 3.5 years, she lost 100 pounds and has kept it off since! Her own experience inspired her to study Exercise Science in college, and now wants to use both her education and her own experience to help others change their lives for the better.
Brittany’s training style combines cardiovascular activities with strength training and functional movements, including balance and flexibility. Her goal is to not only help people improve their health and lose weight, but to feel stronger and more empowered in their daily life.
Because nutrition is an essential component for achieving optimal health, Brittany also offers nutrition counseling to help people achieve their goals. She knows the power of real, whole foods, and how much better eating healthy can make you feel.
